A tennis membership at Gray Rocks gives you unlimited access to our complete tennis facility on two locations with 22 Har-Tru courts, invitational and open tournaments. Memberships are available for individuals, couples, and families.

TENNIS MEMBERSHIPS

Membership card : Your new membership card will be prepared upon receipt of your payment. You must present this card when you use the tennis facilities at the hotel or at the golf course or when you wish to have charging or discounts benefits. Please note this card and benefits are non-transferable.

Membership rates : Save $50.00 if you get your membership before June 1st. You are required to complete the application form and return with full payment..

Policies and court reservations procedures. You must abide by the rules and regulations in regards to court reservations, as described below.

Guests of members: : Each member will receive 3 guest passes. The guest pass may only be used in the presence of a registered member. Should a guest present himself without a member, regular rates will apply.

Personal charging account: Your membership card will give you access to a personal charging account. You will be given an account number which MUST be indicated each time you wish to charge. Discounts offered can only be applied when charged to your personal account.

Social Activities and calendar : A social program will be available at the beginning of the season. Certain activities will be subject to additional charges.

Access to showers at the hotel pool complex and golf course
It is however forbidden to bring food and beverages on the facilities. Gray Rocks offers full food and beverage services

Green fees offered at both golf courses with 15% discount on regular announced prices.

Personal charging account for tennis lessons, boutiques, food and beverage locations

Discount of 15% on food and beverage served at the hotel; only available upon présentation of your membership card and charged to your personal account.

COURT TIME RESERVATIONS

In order to offer an efficient service to all our members, we ask that you follow the procedures outlined below:

Reservations may be made 7 days in advance. All players must finish using their current reservation prior to making a new one.

Singles court time is for one hour; doubles court time for 2 hours

The name of each player is required at reservation time. All names will be registered on the reservation court time roster. Room numbers will be required for hotel guests

In the event of a duplicate reservation, the duplicate will automatically be cancelled

All players must register at the tennis boutique 10 minutes prior to reserved court time. Players who are more than 10 minutes late for their reserved court time will lose the court time reservation.

All reserved court time must be paid for prior to play. A 50% court time fee will be applied for players who do not show up for the reserved time.

Proper tennis attire is required at all times; no jeans, cut-offs, bathing suits, tank tops / sleeveless shirts (such as undershirts) will be accepted on courts

SHOES: soft soles only - no street running shoes will be accepted.

These procedures permit a fair method for everyone, single or doubles and we thank all of you for following those procedures. They have been written for the benefit and the respect of all and to allow all members to have a most enjoyable experience.
