Cancellations for stays of 4 nights or more: fee of 50$ per person (+ taxes) for notices received up to 21 days prior to arrival. However, your deposit may be transferred to a future reservation made within one year of the original reservation date. Deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable for notices received within 21 days of arrival.
Cancellations for stays of 3 nights or less: If cancelled at any time, the deposit of 50$ per person is non-refundable/non-transferable.
