Eagle membership

Saison complète, 7 jours / semaine incluant La Bête

Above prices include all taxes Early payment plan deposit (see table for amount) must be received by March 10th, 2008. Regular membership deposit of $300 per person must be received by April 30th 2008. Balance of payment is due by May 15th, 2008. Interest charges of 2% per month will be applied to any balance due after that day. If no deposit has been received by April 30th 2008, we will presume you are not renewing your membership.

Members’privilege at Gray Rocks - 2008

GOLF:
* Members can play with guests and enjoy 30% discount on the green fee.

* All members may use pull carts at no charge

HOTEL:
* Each member may use their membership card for access to the Gray Rocks beach and marina for the summer (*marina boats subject to availability, cost apply). It is however forbidden to bring food and liquor on the premises, Gray Rocks offering full food and beverage services.

DINING:
* Each member will have the privilege of a 10% discount on food and beverage facilities At la Belle and at La Bête clubhouse.

* Each member will have the privilege of a 15% discount on all food and beverage facilities in the hotel, beach, bars and B.B.Q.

BOUTIQUE:
* Each member will have the privilege of a 15% discount in all Golf course and Hotel boutiques on regularly priced merchandises.

SPA:
* Each member is entitled to a 10% discount on regular massage in the SPA

TENNIS:
* All members are entitled to a 10% discount on tennis court rental and a discount of 10% on golf and tennis group lessons.

Early Payment Plan

Fill out and return the member application form, along with the deposit amount indicated in the table below, before March 10th 2008, and receive:

• A Birdie members receive 6 rounds at La Bête, valid Sunday PM through Friday.
• A Par members receive 4 rounds at La Bête, valid Sunday PM through Friday

Restrictions

Weekday Availability

Each week we will post an availability list for weekday afternoon games at La Bête. The number of games available will depend on bookings, and there may be some weeks with no availability.

• The list will be posted in the pro shop Saturday afternoon.
• Members will sign up against the time they wish to play.
• There will be member rotation so that all members get an opportunity to play.
• Carts are not included

Sunday Morning Round Transfer
(Birdie Members)

Any birdie members having a Sunday morning guaranteed starting time can choose to defer this game to La Bête on the same Sunday afternoon. They must free up the complete morning foursome one week in advance so that it is available for resale. Not available on days there is a crossover at La Bête. No transfers available for Sunday May 18th, August 31st, and October 12th.

NB Please note that members must pay for their carts at the La Bête course for all three options. Carts are $17 per person, plus taxes. Eagle members, no cart charges at La Bête.
